About Our Food Processing Engineering Team

Founded in 2010, RMR Process is a Melbourne based team of growth focused engineers with an extensive history of designing and building world class food processing facilities, as well as assisting clients with their strategic growth. We’ve done this in partnership with many mid-tier manufacturers looking to take the next step in process capability or facility design, as well as multinationals looking to add consulting expertise to an expansion or optimization project. 

We developed a scaling model, backed by over 25 years of industry experience, that enables growth while adapting to an ever-changing market, allowing manufacturers to make the right decisions about how to cost effectively grow their capability while managing risk. A number of projects carried out under the model have already contributed to reversing the trend of food manufacturers going offshore by repatriating production capability and allowing manufacturers to seek out alternatives to the traditional expansion model.
