Process Automation comes in many forms and can be implemented to achieve various results.

Relatively simple & cost effective controls can be added to processes to control tank fill level, temperature or flow/volume of liquids entering or leaving vessels, tanks & cookers.

Automation can also be used to control conveyors, product merge areas and even for controlling/acknowledging ingredient additions to ensure product quality.

At the high end, there are fully automated systems - these have a fairly high up front cost - but with the minimal labour requirements and generally higher efficiency and throughput, the investment in automation is paid off over very short periods of time.

The process of getting automation into your factory can seem daunting with the amount of things to consider - quality, accuracy, understanding the intent of the automation - & then transferring that knowledge to someone for implementation - but here at RMR Process, we can help simplify things & help you find simple & cost-effective solutions to help improve your process.

We are not affiliated with any companies/suppliers, so we are well placed to provide unbiased advice on how to achieve your goal. If you would like some genuinely objective guidance to help understand costs and investment benefits, please contact us today.
