We were recently very happy to read about the great work Juleigh and her team at Robins Foods are doing to grow the native food industry and support Indigenous farmers by creating an ethical supply chain for ingredients used in their Outback Spirit-branded products.
With native foods being used more extensively by top chefs as a matter of course, truly Australian ingredients are becoming more mainstream, and the Outback Spirit Foundation is helping this cause directly by providing funding to Australian Indigenous farmers for specific growth projects.
